Cu107 紫銅焊條
銅及銅合金焊條用途較廣,除了用紫銅焊條焊接紫銅外,目前采用較多的是用青銅焊條來(lái)焊接銅及銅合金、銅與鋼等。但銅及其合金的弧焊一般較鋼困難。這是由于銅及銅合金焊接時(shí)易產(chǎn)生金屬氧化、元素?zé)龘p、以及氣孔、裂縫和變形等。另外,銅及其合金的導(dǎo)熱性特別高致使焊條在引弧后往往不能使母材熔融,而產(chǎn)生熔滴飛散,故焊接銅及銅合金時(shí)該類焊件焊前必須要有合理的預(yù)熱及用較大的焊接電流、直流反接,短弧垂直。焊后應(yīng)對(duì)焊縫進(jìn)行適當(dāng)錘擊,以消除應(yīng)力及細(xì)化晶粒。另外,銅及其合金塑性好且不溶解碳,也不與碳化合生成脆硬組織,故銅及銅合金焊條也能用來(lái)焊補(bǔ)鑄鐵。

Cu107是以純銅為焊芯,低氫型藥皮的純銅焊條。力學(xué)性能較好,對(duì)大氣和海水有良好的耐蝕性。紫銅焊接用,不宜焊接含氧銅及電解銅。采用直流電源,焊條接正極(直流反接)。
Cu107 is a pure copper electrode with pure copper as the core and low-hydrogen coating. It has good mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance to the atmosphere and sea water. For red copper welding, it is not suitable for welding oxygen-containing copper and electrolytic copper. Using DC power supply, the electrode is connected to the positive pole (DC reverse connection).
用途:
主要用來(lái)焊接導(dǎo)電銅排,銅制熱交換器,船舶用的海水導(dǎo)管等銅構(gòu)件,也可用于耐海水腐蝕的碳鋼零件的堆焊。
It is mainly used for welding conductive copper bars, copper heat exchangers, seawater pipes for ships and other copper components. It can also be used for surfacing welding of seawater corrosion-resistant carbon steel parts.

注意事項(xiàng):
1. 焊前焊條須在200℃左右烘焙1h。焊件表面的水份、油污、氧化物等雜質(zhì)必須清除。
2. 由于銅的導(dǎo)熱性,被焊母材的預(yù)熱溫度一般比較高,通常在500℃以上。焊接電流的大小應(yīng)與母材的預(yù)熱溫度相適應(yīng)。施焊時(shí)宜采用垂直短弧、快速,可作往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng),以改善焊縫的成形。
3. 對(duì)于較長(zhǎng)的焊縫應(yīng)采用逐步退焊法,焊接速度應(yīng)盡可能快。多層焊時(shí)必須徹底清除層間的熔渣。焊后用平頭錘錘擊焊縫,消除應(yīng)力,改善焊縫質(zhì)量。
1. The electrode must be baked at about 200℃ for 1h before welding. Impurities such as moisture, oil stains and oxides on the surface of the weldment must be removed.
2. Due to the thermal conductivity of copper, the preheating temperature of the base material to be welded is generally higher, usually above 500°C. The size of the welding current should be compatible with the preheating temperature of the base metal. It is advisable to use a vertical short arc, fast, and reciprocating linear motion when welding to improve the shape of the weld.
3. For longer welds, the gradual back welding method should be used, and the welding speed should be as fast as possible. During multi-layer welding, the slag between the layers must be completely removed. After welding, hammer the weld with a flat-head hammer to eliminate stress and improve the quality of the weld.
