D802 鈷基1號堆焊焊條
鈷基堆焊焊條的焊芯為鈷鉻鎢即司太立合金,鈦鈣型藥皮。此類合金具有良好的紅硬性,在600℃以上仍能保持較高的硬度及良好的耐磨、耐蝕性。其中,碳高、耐磨性好,而抗沖擊能力下降。堆焊焊條的堆焊效果一般與工件的預(yù)熱及層間溫度高低、焊接電流大小、電弧長短以及堆焊焊層的層數(shù)等有關(guān)。如堆焊層的化學(xué)成分、硬度等通常是指堆焊三層以上的堆焊金屬而言。

說明:
D802是鈦鈣型藥皮,低碳鈷鉻鎢為焊芯的堆焊焊條。交直流兩用,電弧穩(wěn)定,成型美觀。堆焊層在600℃以上的高溫中仍能保持良好的耐蝕、耐磨性能。D802是在鈷鉻鎢堆焊合金中,碳及鎢含量較低,韌性最好的一種,能承受在冷熱條件下的沖擊,產(chǎn)生裂縫的可能性小,用硬質(zhì)合金刀具容易切削加工。金相組織為奧氏體和共晶體。
D802 is a surfacing electrode with titanium calcium coating and low carbon cobalt chromium tungsten as the core. AC and DC dual purpose, stable arc, beautiful shape. The surfacing layer can still maintain good corrosion resistance and wear resistance at high temperatures above 600 ℃. D802 is the cobalt-chromium-tungsten surfacing alloy with lower carbon and tungsten content and the best toughness. It can withstand the impact under cold and hot conditions, has a small possibility of cracking, and is easy to cut with cemented carbide tools. . The metallographic structure is austenite and eutectic.
用途:
用于要求在650℃高溫下工作能保持良好耐磨及耐蝕性能的場合。例如,堆焊高溫高壓閥門、熱剪切刀刃、熱鍛模等沖擊和加熱交錯的地方。
It is used in occasions that require good wear resistance and corrosion resistance when working at a high temperature of 650℃. For example, surfacing welding of high temperature and high pressure valves, hot shear blades, hot forging dies and other places where impact and heating intersect.

以上化學(xué)成分及常溫硬度指堆焊三層以上堆焊金屬。

注意事項(xiàng):
1. 焊前焊條須經(jīng)150℃烘焙一小時(shí)。
2. 為了避免產(chǎn)生裂縫,根據(jù)工件大小和母材種類,須經(jīng)過200~400℃的預(yù)熱。并宜采用小電流短弧焊接。焊后應(yīng)將工件立即放入干燥和預(yù)熱的砂缸或草灰中緩冷。
3. 由于電弧焊的溫度較氣焊高,故稀釋率也較氣焊大,因此一般只在難于進(jìn)行氣焊或?yàn)樘岣吆附有蕰r(shí)才考慮電弧焊。
1. The electrode must be baked at 150℃ for one hour before welding.
2. In order to avoid cracks, according to the size of the workpiece and the type of base material, it must be preheated at 200~400℃. And it is advisable to use small current short arc welding. After welding, the workpiece should be placed in a dry and preheated sand jar or straw ash to cool slowly.
3. Since the temperature of arc welding is higher than that of gas welding, the dilution rate is also greater than that of gas welding. Therefore, arc welding is generally only considered when it is difficult to perform gas welding or to improve welding efficiency.
