說明：
S215是一種含鐵的鋁青銅焊絲，高強度、抗腐蝕、耐磨性能優(yōu)良。
S215 is an iron-containing aluminum bronze welding wire with high strength, corrosion resistance and excellent wear resistance.
用途：
通常用于焊接類似成分的鋁青銅、錳硅青銅、某些銅鎳合金、鐵基金屬和異種金屬。最通常的異種金屬是鋁青銅與鋼、銅與鋼的焊接。該焊絲也用于耐磨和耐腐蝕表面的堆焊。
Usually used for welding similar composition aluminum bronze, manganese silicon bronze, certain copper-nickel alloys, iron-based metals and dissimilar metals. The most common dissimilar metals are the welding of aluminum bronze and steel, and copper and steel. The welding wire is also used for surfacing welding on wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant surfaces.

注意事項：
1. 焊前必須清除工件焊接邊緣及焊絲表面的氧化物、油污等污物，以免引起氣孔，夾渣等缺陷，使焊縫性能降低。
2. 鋁青銅的焊接和碳鋼的堆焊時，薄件不需預熱，厚件須預熱200℃左右。
3. 由于在熔融的熔池中會形成氧化鋁，故不推薦該焊絲用于氧燃氣焊接方法，只用于惰性氣體保護焊。
1. Before welding, the oxides and oil stains on the welding edge of the workpiece and the surface of the welding wire must be removed to avoid defects such as pores and slag inclusions, which will reduce the performance of the weld.
2. When welding aluminum bronze and surfacing of carbon steel, thin parts do not need to be preheated, and thick parts must be preheated at about 200°C.
3. As alumina will form in the molten pool, it is not recommended to use this wire for oxy-gas welding and only for inert gas shielded welding.
